Slow Leak Caused Mold Growth

Water leaks can sometimes be unseen for a while. The before photo shows behind a refrigerator that had a slow water leak for quite some time. The homeowner’s didn’t know the supply line was bad and since it was behind the fridge they didn’t see the hard wood floor buckling. It wasn’t until the damage moved to the front of the fridge did they realize there was a problem. When SERVPRO of Auburn/Rockling arrived to mitigate the water damage it was clear mold remediation would be needed as well. The after photo shows the same area behind the fridge once we got in there and removed all the affected items.
