Garage Fire from Oily Rags

Fires can start from the most unexpected places. Our client found this out first hand when he had a fire in his garage. It was found to be started by used oily rags in a bucket that he placed there after working on his car. The before photo shows the garage once the fire had been put out. All the wet ash and soot can be seen all over the finished floor. The after photo shows the same garage after SERVPRO of Auburn/Rocklin was able to clean and mitigate the fire damage. We are able to make any damage “Like it never even happened.”
