Water Damage in Finished Basement

The before photo shows the great room of our client who came home after a long weekend out of town to find that their water heater broke and leaked water all over their finished basement. The carpet in the great room had inches of water soaked into it. The water traveled up the sheet rock as well. The after photo shows the great room alcove once we mitigated the water damage. All the carpet was removed as well as a couple of feet of sheet rock. SERVPRO of Auburn/Rocklin was able to dry the great room much faster than the homeowners anticipated and they were back to living their lives before they knew it.
